Sustainability strategy consulting
All services are provided under separate written agreements (e.g., proposal, engagement letter, or master services agreement). In the event of a conflict, the signed agreement governs.
3. No Professional Engineering or Legal Advice
Scope7 provides strategic and analytical consulting services. Unless expressly agreed in writing:

We do not provide legal advice

We do not provide licensed engineering services

We do not provide financial, tax, or investment advice
Clients are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice where required.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete data

Disclose relevant operational information

Respond to information requests in a timely manner

Review deliverables promptly
Scope7 relies on client-provided data and is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Site, including text, branding, graphics, and methodologies, are the property of Scope7 Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Deliverables created for clients may be used by the client for internal business purposes unless otherwise agreed. Scope7 retains ownership of underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, and proprietary tools.
6. Confidentiality
Scope7 will treat client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except:

To service providers bound by confidentiality obligations

With client consent
Confidentiality obligations may also be defined in a separate agreement.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
While Scope7 applies professional standards consistent with industry practice (including GHG Protocol methodologies where applicable), we do not guarantee:

Regulatory approval outcomes

Investor decisions
-
Certification or audit results
-
Specific emissions reductions
Climate-related disclosures and emissions calculations inherently involve assumptions and estimation methodologies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Scope7 Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Total liability arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid to Scope7 for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scope7 Ltd., its officers, directors, and contractors from claims arising out of:

Client misuse of deliverables

Misrepresentation of data

Violation of laws or third-party rights
10. Payment Terms
Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment terms are defined in individual service agreements.
Late payments may be subject to interest as permitted by law.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the governing service agreement.
Upon termination:

Outstanding fees remain due

Confidentiality obligations survive

Intellectual property rights remain in effect
12. Website Use
You agree not to:

13. Governing Law
